1. Our commitment
EL ABB Technology is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to this website.
2. Conformance status
This website is designed and built to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive and neurological disabilities.
3. Accessibility features
- A “Skip to content” link so keyboard users can bypass the navigation
- Full keyboard operation, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element
- Semantic headings, landmarks and lists so screen readers can navigate the page structure
- Text alternatives for images, icons and diagrams that convey information
- Colour contrast meeting or exceeding WCAG AA thresholds, with no information conveyed by colour alone
- Form fields with visible labels, clear error messages and errors announced to assistive technology
- Layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320 CSS pixels and at 200% zoom
- Decorative motion is disabled by default and only runs where the browser or operating system indicates motion is welcome
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain. We are aware of, and are actively working on, the following:
- This website is currently available in English only. An Arabic version is under consideration.
- Some third-party content or services embedded in future releases may not fully meet our accessibility standards. We will assess each before adoption.
5. Feedback and contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. If you encounter a barrier, or need information on this site in a different format, please tell us — we aim to respond within five working days.

6. Assessment approach
Accessibility of this website is assessed through a combination of automated testing, manual keyboard-only testing and manual testing with screen-reader software. Accessibility checks run as part of our build process so that regressions are caught before they reach the live site.
